  This place charges TWICE the amount of a normal locksmith because they just call a locksmith shop to respond to your location. You’re paying them to make an additional call for you, that’s it.

  We called their hotline on a Saturday morning when we were locked out of our house, and they took my name, address, phone number, AND email address, promising a call in a few minutes from someone who would be able to help. Hours later, no word from them. Thankfully we were able to call a local handyman, who showed up in 15 minutes, or we’d maybe still be sitting in our driveway. Probably won’t try these guys again.

  I needed 4 keys made. The instructions were very easy to follow and my keys were made in a few minutes. I was emailed a receipt before I left the store. I tried the keys when I got home and all of them worked!
