  Fantastic service—the best in the area. I had a malfunctioning keypad on New Year’s Eve and the key would not work. It was freezing outside and it was impossible to get into the apartment. Nick at Fred the Fixer was the only locksmith service in the whole city I could get on the phone. He helped me troubleshoot some issues and sent a photo to one of their locksmiths, Tim, who had been running around on jobs for the entire day helping people out. Tim was able to get over to my place in no time, unlock the door, fix my keypad, and make me two new keys in a flash—all while I sat in the warmth of my car. He is an absolute pro. After he was done, Tim then drove off to save the day for several others in the freezing cold night. The bill was was incredibly reasonable and far less than what I expected for service on a holiday.The folks at Fred the Fixer have helped my family out several times in the past decade or so and I will not go anywhere else for service. Neither should you.

  I feel as though I have just witnessed a minor miracle.I needed neededa two keys or an older padlock. Ace Hardware took 15 minutes just to tell me that they no longer stockThat particular key.I went the Fred, and I was in and out the door paid with two functional keys in less than 2 minutes.

  Was locked out of my car and called them, they came right away within 5 minutes and had it done super quick! 10/10 recommend!
