Didn't have time to visit a locksmith during the day but needed an extra key to give niece who was visiting that weekend, and the convenience of getting a key made while picking up groceries was invaluable. It gave me one less thing to worry about as well as being quick and easy.

I scheduled a locksmith to come out the day before at a specific time. They never arrived, no text/call/email. Was told I wouldn’t be charged until the service was completely but I check my account to see they had already taken $140 . I call and they say that they “couldn’t find a locksmith and thought they would by now”. Now I’m out $140 for up to 10 days so that’s great. Thanks

It was the easiest thing to make a copy of the key for our Toyota Sienna. It can in the mail a few days later and worked perfectly!
