  I called on Saturday at 4:00 p.m. July 3 for a privacy bedroom door that got locked. Repair man came at 5:15 p.m. and said it would be a total of $180.00 to unlock it. I had no choice as it was a holiday weekend. It took all of 10 minutes to unlock at which time I asked if he could give me a senior citizen discount. He then only charged me a total of $130.00. In addition to the high price, the dispatcher who originally took my call had the nerve to call me at 9:30 p.m. to ask as a courtesy if my bedroom door was unlocked and how much the repair cost.

  Waste of time and money guy wanted to say it was where I bought the remotes...then he paired the remotes to both vehicles and instead of trying to figure it out tells my to buy different remotes and that he has to go that he has a job to get to...you are already at a job... Like I said stay away waste of time and money...
