Do not use this locksmith. They totally ripped me off. They repaired locks for me at a cost of $350. Two of the locks I later found out were installed incorrectly. I spoke with another locksmith following that, and he said there was a much easier fix that would have cost only $50. I had specifically asked the KeyMe locksmith if there was a way to do this, and he specifically told me no. When I called the store to discuss with them the fact that I had been lied to, they basically didn’t care. They felt that the service person only needed to inform me about what he could do with the tools he had. Therefore, even though there was another way possible and I asked if it was possible, the woman at the store believed that it was fine that he didn’t tell me and even lied to me. I am older and on a fixed income and also unfamiliar with lock repairs. They took advantage of that. I was shocked that I was treated that way.

Fantastic! It took just a few minutes to scan the keys (including the transponder) and within 3 days I had working keys. It saved me a very expensive trip to the dealer!

Called on Sunday and gave all my details for them to cancel and I’ve had -$155 pulled out of my card for three days that they still haven’t gave back, especially when a supervisor says it should of been back by a day. Worst company, they waited 50 minutes to tell me that no one was coming when I could of called another place that came in 10 minutes and charged me less. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.
