I locked my keys in my trunk of my car. Aaron worked very hard taking care of situation. He was very nice about what happened. Gave me an excellent price for all the work.  You won’t find better service.

We? For estimate, waited for tech to call back.... 4 hours later we call back  excuse no one called. They said they wld have tech call back and again no return call.
Called today and they say tech will call
Back w an estimate. It's been an hour and a half and no call back again. They Need to be able to have an average estimate they can give right when call by knowing where their techs are and distance to where caller needs help when they can't get their techs to call customer back. I don't understand this type of customer service .

Recently moved offices and needed help w/multiple file cabinets.  Advantage Locksmith Spokane was quick to come to our office (more than once) and promptly cut a new key for us. They also offered great solutions (very knowledgeable) and same day  provided bid for a different project.  I would definitely recommend!

I purchased a chipped key for my vehicle and have been putting off getting it cut and programmed because the dealer wanted a couple hundred to do it. Advantage cut and programmed my key for under a hundred. I highly recommend!

They got here quick, fit me into their schedule. That being said I was told it would cost for the initial unlock $25 for the service fee, roughly $45 to get my car unlocked. They charged me $154. For a rekey they said for a minimum, we’re looking at $150, with a fab, upwards of $300. I simply chose the standard key with a copy that they quoted at $40 for the copy. At the end of it they charged me $290 for the rekey and a copy. $340 in total for a 45 minute job that they vastly underquoted me. Find another locksmith, they’ve got to be cheaper.

3 stars because actually getting the car unlocked happened. NOT 5 because I was quoted an 80 dollar price. 29 for showing up and 49 for doing the deed, to increase based on how many tools he/she would need and/or how difficult. Guy showed up used two bags to open the gap fished around with the rod and had it unlocked in under 3 minutes of work and charged me 120 dollars. I'll be calling a competitor if there's a next time. Hope this helps someone.

By far the most unprofessional company I've ever heard of! Called a local number to get garage door fixed and the guys showed up. No way to contact the owner or boss? The garage door did not work after they replaced 2 springs. I quickly tried to get a hold of owner and explain my situation ad they wanted $894. No answer.. Then they blocked my calls. So I tried calling from my wife's phone. They quickly blocked her number also. Very uncomfortable situation. Oregon plates, with a magnet on side of van that says Auto repair. Everyone in my house was uncomfortable. Long story short I had them remove the parts and leave my house. I've tried to reach out to the phone number for help and nobody will return phone calls. It's a scam. You will also notice they have two garage door companies listed under same phone number. Phone number takes you to a call center in another state or country. No company clothes, nothing professional at all

Arron from Advantage Locksmith Spokane did a great job for me! I have 1939 front door with antique 86 year old Mortise lock and he was able to fix the damage to the lock and is now working. I can't be happier. I will be telling my family and friends to call Advantage when they need a locksmith.

I called about a problem with my car. Guy on the phone must have been a noob they hired to man the phone so everyone else could go for coffee. When situation proved too complex for him, he said, "Let me talk to the manager and have him call you." That was two days ago
