  The Machine didnt have the type of Key I wanted so it Sent the Scan 2 a Technician 2 have it made by Hand . Then I got a Redund Saying they cant Make this Key :(. Not happy about that . But Happy about the Serves. If it was a Key they can make I would of been Happer ;)~. Very Professional about there Key makeing ;).

  Actually, the keys didn't work after trying it two times; however, the customer service was excellent. The Representatives were very polite and helpful and there was no problem with refunding me as the keys didn't work. They said it may have been a scanning issue. Anyways, the customer service was excellent.

  great service! The machine made a mistake and didn't make all the keys I paid for. They reached out to me and refunded my money as well as pay for the next key I make. Great customer service!
