I locked myself out of my house with my 1 year old son. They were at my house in Kelseyville within an hour. It was a tough old lock but they were still able to pick it. As small business owners ourselves, I can appreciate the great service!

Will not go to again. Truly unreliable and does not stick to their time line on jobs, multiple excuses. Extremely unhappy with customer service.

Exceptional service, 24/7.  I had an emergency with a lock. Owner graciously walked me thru handling the issue myself so that everything was fixed immediately. I could not have asked for more. Almost 9 pm and the business answered and assisted with servicing the security needs of my home. Thank you for the professionalism. Very much appreciated.

This ppace is a rip off i reccomend u do not gonhere i told this guy about my car being stolen and i need a reprogram and a diffefient key made sonthat the people that stole my car couldnt use my odigional key i payed him 280$ for the same copy of my origional key so the people came back and restole my car again cayse my odigional ket still worked and the kwy he made me did not start my car didnt wodk in any way ive called left messages no answer no call back

I had called another local locksmith and was told that replacing the key to my Volvo could only be done by the dealer. Unfortunately, there's no local dealer. I decided to get a second opinion and called A1 and I'm so glad I did! They were able to replace my key the same day! This particular key for the year of my car is rare and wasn't used in very many models but they had the blank in stock! They got the code from my vin# and cut the key. I had several other questions about locks in my other vehicles and they took the time to answer every one without making me feel rushed or like I was putting them out. They are very knowledgeable and very helpful. I would definitely use them again!

Absolute scam artist. They pose to be part of the BBB on their work vehicles but they are not. I paid 275 for a key that isnt fully functional. Its a family business and they are all crooks. If you want to throw money down the toilet, just ask them to cut you a key! I still have to take my car to the dealer and pay for another key.

These guys are amazing.
My husband lost his only truck key in the lake at lake pillsbury on 4th of July. These guys did what it took to get all the way to him with a new key. I reccomend these amazing people to anyone . Thank you so much

Called them yesterday. Rick said he could make a key for $125, wow & that he would call me back, he Never did.  Wont ever call them again.
