  I use the self-serve kiosk located in Menards. Pretty happy with this service. If I've had an issue with this service, they've been very good to respond and quick with a refund if warranted. Be wary of using the key smoothing feature that's sold as an add-on to the engraving process. I've had limited success with it in that it may remove needed key features.

  No one was using the machine at Menards. It was quick and easy to use. Self explanatory. Receipt was sent to my phone. Highly recommend this to others.
