  The experience of using the key machine was good and easy. The key did not work initially, We compared it to the original and found the spot that had to be filed down...then the key worked. Maybe we did not push the key all the way in, although when encouraged to make sure you push the key all the way in...we did. I would try it again because it was easy to do.

  Great experience. My key copies worked fine, and I didn't have to chase down a associate at one of the big box stores. You offer a terrific and preferred alternative.
