  Called and placed an order to get my car unlocked at superlo foods in Memphis,tn at 12:01 on 11/27/2021. I called this company because they were only 2.5 miles from where my car is. TWO An D A HALF HOURS LATER still no technician showed to unlock my car! Placed 5 calls during that time to find out how long before a tech would be here. First call, they couldn't find an order under my phone number. Long story short, they realized whoever took my order keyed my phone number in Wong. Said they corrected that error. Second phone call, said tech would be here in 20 minutes and I would be on my way in 30 minutes. Third phone call, got disconnected. Fourth phone call was transferred to a very nice lady who said someone would be out as soon as possible and apologized for my inconvenience and wait. Fifth phone call at the two and a half hour mark, I was told there was no order under my phone number (that I was told was corrected in the second phone call). Then was told that the order had been cancelled. I abruptly told them they needed to cancel my payment ASAP!! $142.00+ Have now called a different locksmith who only charges $85. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT do business with this company!!! At 3:20 p.m. my car is FINALLY UNLOCKED!! NOT BY KEYME LOCKSMITHS THOUGH!!! YOU DONT EVEN DESERVE THE 1 STAR THAT I GAVE YOU!!

  Filt lol Ike a scam to me they ask for my card wouldn't take cash then said just send them to someone who card I can use to pay then tried to send me to someone else after I said I'm ok cause I only have cash. And something about they can't take cash because of health

  Very BAD EXPERIENCE with one of the locksmiths! He was very UNPROFESSIONAL! I Did not receive quality service! He did not fix my problem but charged me nearly $300 for NOTHING! Do not waste your time or money with these people!
