  I have used these kiosk in the past and it is a great idea because I can't count the times I needed a key made and they had to track down the 1 person in the store that can make keys or better yet that person was on break or had already left for the day. All that being said, I had to go through the process several times before it could read my key(this is the first time this has happened in the many times I used it in the past). The other part that is frustrating is I had several keys to make and it makes you pay 1 key at a time. Because of this I only made one key and went to a local hardware store and had them make the other keys because I didn't have that much time to waste. Finally the cost per key is astronomical vs what it cost to have the store or a hardware store make them. All that being said it is a cool idea but still has several issues to work out before it will be my go to option and the pricing needs to come down.

  Had two keys I needed copied. It couldn't copy one (it was a small one with two edges) and the other one was "out of stock." It took the machine 5 laborious attempts to get a reading - just to tell me it was out of stock. Beyond useless. I gave it 2 starts because it's an interesting idea. The user experience left a lot to be desired.
