The guy that eventually came out was great, nice and fast. My keys were locked in the vehicle and he had me back in with in 5 minutes. However I would not use the company again. They contract out their work to smaller businesses. This leads to confusion and my frustration. I had 3 different people calling my phone and telling me they were on the way. All with varying times and then missing those times. They also charged me 128 and claimed that was a discounted price for my first time. Just call rainbow roadside if anywhere in the area. That was the company that ended up showing up and he said it's like 60-75 max depending on distance and time of day. Basically your getting charged a premium from keyme and they do nothing. Apparently the people that actually drive out to your location and perform the service get like 30 bucks.

I tried to see if I can get a new fob made and they didn’t service my area. I tried to see if I can meet somewhere l, where they were and they kept asking for an address I didn’t have one cause I’m not in the area. They were pushy and hung up the first time I tried to see if they can work with me and they wouldn’t. Their tone seemed like they didn’t care and wanted to rush me off the phone. Very rude and poor customer serivce
