24 hours is laughable. We called at 1am and their operators said they would call us in 15 mins with an update and agent. 45 minutes go by with me calling back every 15 minute intervals and nothing happened. When I called again and again the operators would only say that they opened a ticket and needed to hang up with me to contact an agent and simply disconnect the line. I was never called back. I did receive a text message at 3:55am stating that no agents were coming and one could arrive at 8am if I still needed help...text yes or no to respond.

Before KeyMe, I would go to my local hardware store when I needed to make copies of my keys, and usually, they didn't work. When the KeyMe machine was installed at my local Acme, it was initially hit or miss, but I was refunded for keys that didn't work. The machine was then fixed, and my copies have worked perfectly every time.
