It was super convenient to have my key copied. The kiosk was located inside a Safeway market and I was able to walk in at 7am, go to the kiosk, follow the directions, and had 3 copies of my key made within 10 minutes. The third key was free, so even though it’s a little more expensive, it was still competitively priced and I am fine with paying a little extra for the convenience. Highly recommend!

I made an appointment with this company and was quoted a price range. They told me their locksmith would call me an hour before to give me the actual quote. I called them after I never received a call from their locksmith, they said they would give me a call back. I never received a call back from anyone. The locksmith finally arrived and once he opened my car he told me it was going to be a $100 more than the highest price point Keyme said it would fall into. I told the locksmith this and he said the dispatchers never know what they are actually talking about, but he’s the locksmith and that’s what he charges. I called keyme and was told that they were going to look into it for me. They told me to sit tight and would call me back. I waited and never received a call back. The locksmith was agitated and told me he was going to leave. I tried to explain to him that keyme said they were looking into the issue and that maybe he should call his dispatch and see what was going on. He didn’t want to call them because he said again that they didn’t know what they were talking about. I then called them two more times to see what was going on. They kept promising to call me back and that they would resolve the issue. They never gave me a call back. This was the worst experience I’ve had with a company. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I used the Kiosk and made spare house keys in the machine. My daughter liked the polka dot design and color of her new key. And I like that it is conveniently located at Safeway.
