  I was worried my key wasn’t going to work, if it didn’t was I able to return/refund? So I emailed there support line and answered my questions in a timely manner! Very helpful and polite. Received my key, and it’s been working GREAT.

  They got a good system in place to help you out. Guy that came by was knowledgeable and did his job quick. I didn’t get spare keys for my doors and had to call lol
