  Very easy and convenient. I had my first key made at one Kroger store and the second at another. The kiosk at the first store wouldn't accept my credit card. After trying a few different times, I called the HELP number. I finally ended up using a different credit card which it accepted. The one at the second store worked quickly and easily with no problems and actually cost about $1.50 less than the first one. Five stars for the second store.
