I had used these machines in the past and been given non working keys, but this machine produced 4 working keys. Great improvement and selection of keys.

I dont think we can judge a machine on it's skill set of professionalism and responsiveness.  The keys were made as selected, but the selection of types of keys was disappointing, so I had to go somewhere else to get my custom keys made.

I needed a key made, but I didn't have a key to make a copy. Fortunately I saved the information on my phone app. I had the new key cut from the digital info. Easy Peasy!

Had four keys made an only 2 worked.  Can't get refund for the keys that didn't work because I don't know who to contact.

I bought four keys from your machine that is in Lowe’s Nicholas park in Lexington KY. Not one of the four keys work and now I’m at a loss of how to get my money back, if I don’t receive my money back I will never use your machine again!
