Called because I was locked out of my new car, the day after Christmas. They said they would send someone out and gave a big spiel above t their fantastic customer service. (Whatever that means) About ten minutes after I got off the phone with them they informed me they couldn't find a locksmith to do it so they had to cancel, then proceeded to tell me they would be charging me a $25 cancellation fee for a service I didn't even request to cancel, they did. Place is a rip of and a scam, don't use this service unless you want to be disappointed by their shady business practices.
