I've had good experiences here before, but recently I went in and all the keys it gave me were wrong. I wonder if this has something to do with their new "more precise" key they can make you for $2 extra (an option that hasn't been there when I went before). I was just gonna refund the purchase, but they didn't even send me a receipt, guess I'll just go to a human locksmith next time.

Needed house keys duplicated and worked great. I learned that they even duplicate car keys that are on fobs as well.

Honestly, I was a bit hesitant about using the Key Me Kiosk. I'd always gone to your local locksmith, or the big box stores for making spare keys, and I was a bit skeptical. But I am pleasantly surprised and proven wrong! The keys I made were made in minutes, and they worked perfectly the first time around. I would recommend this service to anybody needing to make spare keys. Very convenient and easy to navigate through the touch screen process. Payment was simple with a swipe of my debit card. My only "but", is that I feel it's a bit steep at about $8.00 per key, but for me, not a deal breaker if you need to make a key quickly and with perfect results.
