  Once the operator heard that I was interested in bringing a physical item to them to be re-keyed, she became rude and was annoyed. Apparently they only serve customers remotely. I thanked her for the information, was quick and concise in doing so, but was hung-up on. Very unprofessional. They won’t be getting my business in the event of future needs.

  Easy to use kiosk at a local grocery store entrance and I got the custom keys in the mail a few days later.

  Overall the experience was good. The process took longer than I expected, but I did get 3 of the same key. I thought they would all be done at once. You market many options of key designs, but most of them can’t be made right there. I assumed differently. But overall it was convenient and the keys worked.
