  This kiosk itself was convenient since I am local, but a little pricey. If you don't feel like driving out to Barboursville and need a key ASAP then this will do. The cutting is not the best but it does the job. I had two keys copied one worked in the door but the other didn't but customer service was fast and refunded me my money the next day!

  Called once, they hung up on me after I gave them my zip code. Called again and explained where I lived which is right off of Rt 60 and they were rude to me saying they had no one in the area who could help me. I asked if someone could come and they said no. I just don’t understand how I’m supposed to get help when I need it.....
