  Super unprofessional and overpriced services. I was locked out of my house and called these guys. They told me they couldn't pick my lock because it was a smart lock, and would instead drill it. I immediately declined because I didn't want to damage my door nor lock. Told them not to come. You know what happened? As I was calling other locksmiths, one of their guys shows up. Yes, even AFTER I declined them. Says, "oh I can totally pick this lock", like oh now you can? And then charges me over $150 for it. 0/10, do NOT trust this company.

  I copied my car key at a bed bath and beyond on one of those do it yourself machines. Waited for like 4-5 days for it to get shipped and it works perfectly! definitely recommend, did not think it would work this good.

  Unprofessional, and very slow. Would not use again. Stay away from this company. Was given a wait time of 35-45 minutes by locksmith technician, he called again 25 minutes later to re-reconfirm my address and then told me he would be there in 35-45 minutes... use somebody different
