  I went in to get my Iphone XS Max screen fixed because it was cracked and they completed my destroyed my phone. When I got it back my face ID no longer worked which means I couldn't access my passwords or apple pay, and have to type my passcode in for everything. My phone freezes all the time and it no longer charges. They owe me a new phone.

  Everything went as planned. My appointment was honored, and the discount for making an online appointment was applied to my bill. The battery in my Samsung Galaxy needed replacement. A turn-time was quoted to me. I went back at the time I was told the phone would be done, and it was as advertised. An efficient place with expert technicians.
