  While I'm glad they were willing to send someone to help me get into my house at 2:00am I didn't appreciate being hung up on because I questioned why I would have to pay a $29 service fee when the person never showed up after almost an hour of waiting. I never got a call telling me the person was in route, like I was told when I made the request and I just sat there in the cold, until a neighbor saw me and helped out. Had I been kept in the loop through out the process, then I would feel more inclined to pay the fee, a fee that was supposed to me told to me (according to the website) when I called to make the request. I'm sure your company does great work, but you have some poor customer service and sensitivity training probably would be a good idea as well. And it make me question whether to reach out in the future. Thank you to whomever was apparently on the way, I appreciate your service.

  Making a copies of a key has been on my to do list for a couple weeks. I was thrilled when the KeyMe kiosk was in the convenience store I visited that day. Why didn't I think of this?!? Made 3 keys and they all work!
