We found ourselves with an interior locked door. It took only an hour or so for Diane to show up and quickly finagle it open again! She was kind, helpful and professional (and will return tomorrow to re-key the lock). Thank you!

Says on the website the machines can make duplicate ATV and snowmobile keys. drove all the way to a kiosk, put my key in and the machine says " we can make this if you call our locksmiths number" . What a waste of my time. If I had known the machine couldn't make a copy I would not have drove there, I would have just called a locksmith shop . Instead, I drove thru traffic for no reason just to get an ad for a locksmith. Very lame waste of my time.

I had a key made and unfortunately it locks my door but won’t unlock it! I’d give fewer stars for the error but their customer service reps were very helpful and refunded my key and gave me a discount code so I can try again. Hopefully it’ll work this next time.
