  So easy and so quick replacing iPhone battery. After having my iPhone battery replaced a couple months ago, I brought my mom’s phone here to have battery replaced. When didn’t have an SE battery in stock they took down my number and called a couple days later when it arrived. It only took 45 minutes for them to install new battery! Very happy with their service!

  Unreliable, unprofessional. Called and set up an appointment. Drove 55 min to get to store. Got to my appointment, no record of it. Told me I probably called wrong place. Hit redial on my phone, he picked up. Said other guy probably scheduled it and he doesn’t know what he is doing. Said it would be 5 hours before he could get to me. No apology.
