  My friend lost her key today so she called this company. Unfortunately, because she lost her key she also had to have her car unlocked as well for him to try to replace it. I came over to see what was going on and she whispered to me that he was charging her $100 for unlocking the door. We’re two young girls. We don’t know much about cars. So, I simply asked him how much he was charging for unlocking the door (yes I asked again because I wanted more details). This guy replied with “Am I doing business with her or you!?” in a very rude tone. I was immediately thrown off because I asked a simple question. He continued to be rude until I told him I was only asking since over the phone they told my friend that it would be $150 for the key replacement, they didn’t notify us about the cost of unlocking the car. We just wanted to know why and he was so mean. I hardly ever do reviews but this man was just so mean to us, we didn’t do anything to provoke him. Very disappointed he acted this way towards us considering we obviously looked young. My friend ended up paying but we won’t recommend this place to our friends and family, especially young ladies!!!!
