BEWARE…make sure you are in the service area offered by the company. OTHERWISE, you will be sent to a third party that does not honor the originally quoted price. I was not told that a third party was servicing me. I was quoted $90-120 to replace a mailbox lock. The third party charged more $150. This company that sent the locksmith suddenly doesn’t have access to who they contracted with. Very questionable business practices!!!

Horrible customer service and when I asked for the price to duplicate a key, they quoted me over $30, plus the cost of labor and materials. I ended up going to Home Depot and it only cost me $2.29. plus tax... When I told the customer rep who answered the phone when I called, that I wasn't interested, after we hung up, he called my phone back three times in a row and then hung up each time. How Childish is that...
