After talking to someone they told me they’d had someone out in 45 minutes. After waiting an hour I got a message saying there was no one in my area to help me. They charge my card $131 after they stated it wouldn’t be charged until someone came out to help me. After calling and being hung up on 4 times, I got thru someone and they said they didn’t know why.

Copying and key was extremely simple and quick to make with out any assistance needed. It surely feels so advanced to not have an actual live person making your key copies......... Welcome to the 3rd millennium!

I decided to try the fully automated key kiosk located in Kroger Hinesville GA location. I recieved 3 house keys and all 3 work perfectly. The machine was very simple to use and it was fast. I will definitely use again and I will highly recommend this service!
