  Keys were accurately made. However, I made request for "nurse hero" key, it's on my receipt, but received a random "tree key". Did not get what I asked and paid for! Update: company promptly responded to my complaint and refunded the cost of receiving the wrong key. Kudos to them! I would definitely use them in the future.

  I wanted a prettier key but could not figure out how to select a different style. I couldnt understand what the machine was saying, the sound was garbled. But the keys I got were fine and they worked. Over all I am pleased and would recommend this service.

  This device was easy to use and made perfectly cut keys. All 3 keys worked very well straight from the key making machine. There was no line for this machine.
