I have used this service more than once with excellent results. Unfortunately, this last time, the received key was defective (something that can happen with any key maker). I reported the problem per the instructions on the mailed packaging, and I swear, within minutes I had a response, an apology, and a refund to my credit card! The mark of a good business is how they handle their complaints, and KeyMe gets an A+ from me! I will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Local key maker wanted $55 to cut my car key and additional $17 for the blank. I received 2 keys for $29.98 at KeyMe, and they work perfectly.
