  When I called for the first time, I asked about the price. I thought it was a bit pricey and told the person that I would check out other stores. But he kept mentioning the 10% discount, and as I was about to refuse, he hung up abruptly. I am displeased with such a bad experience with a single call.

  Update: they said they would contact me, and I have not had a resolution Waited three hours for a locksmith to arrive, despite him calling me multiple times assuring me that he was close by, and KeyMe calling both me and the locksmith to see where he was. He didn’t unlock my door and charged a $50 fee. I’d recommend calling elsewhere.
