  The cost of me bringing in 4 deadbolts to rekey was $10 MORE than having a mobile locksmith come to my house, remove the deadbolts and rekey in his vehicle. Clearly their markup on labor is more than time and fuel for a mobile guy. But hey, to each their own. I saved 10 bucks and 45 minutes of my time by NOT using these guys. I attached a picture of the mobile guy I used and recommend.

  This review is super late but needed to happen! I had the pleasure of having Brian help me out when I locked myself out of my bedroom. I am frequently scatterbrained and was in a hurry. I called the first number that came up on my smart phone and the service was great.

  Very bad customer service. Matt told me that he said that all my car keys had to be present in order to properly program my car. He said no such thing. He then offered to do it again at a cost of a minimum of $100 after already charging me $162 to make and copy the key the first time. He told me that was a minimum charge and that no one would do it for cheaper. Then I called another locksmith. $45 to program they key. If you want good customer service and a locksmith that informs you correctly about the service being provided go to California Locksmith Security Solutions, 1018 N Tustin Ave, Anaheim, CA 92807. I'm very unsatisfied. The owner should redo it for me free of charge. This is unacceptable.
