Needed new copies of office keys and recalled seeing the KeyMe kiosk at my local Face Values. Quickly and easily got it done without having to wait for someone to come over to help me, as would be the case at a hardware store. For people like me who have "misplaced" keys in the past, the option to store a digital copy of the key is a really great option as well. Different options of key colors/designs also nice as it helps me know which key is to which lock without having to tag them! Definitely recommend!

Called for residential service, tech told me 25 mts after 2 hours waiting I call them only to find out they held the tech back because they wanted to know if I would agree on a quoted price first, yet no one bothered to call me to ask, who's running things there? Horrible experience having wasted my time

I called KeyMe on Sunday to change out all the locks on a new home asap and to help us gain entry to a shed in the backyard. Firstly, I really appreciated the very quick response i received & how easy the person on the phone made the process. They were friendly & informative. Secondly, it was great that they did all key making on site! locksmiths were very polite & professional and wore their masks properly! Would definitely recommend and plan to use again in the future.
