  It his company knows how to treat its customers! I was in a rush to make copies of keys for my office so I took a chance on using one of the KeyMe kiosks in Vons Market rather than going to Home Depot where I could see someone in person. I made the keys I needed and when I went to try them out at work they didn’t fit the locks....turns out they are some kind of specialty key. I was so upset. I had paid almost $20 for the keys and now I was going to have to pay another $20 and STILL go to a locksmith or hardware store. I figured I would have to argue with someone from the KeyMe company or wait a long time to hear back from anyone. I called the 800 # that was on the machine and explained to the person who answered (YES a person NOT an automated recording!) that the keys I made and [aid for didn’t work....she IMMEDIATELY REFUNDED MY MONEY!!! I was stunned. No argument, not having to prove somehow that they didn’t work.....just a good old fashioned trustworthy company giving AMAZING customer service and trusting one of its customers. For THIS REASON ALONE I will give one of their machines next time I need a house key or a key of any kind. Maybe they didn’t make this sale...but they earned a customer for life and anyone who I talk to will hear how great they treat their customers! I highly recommend giving one of the KeyMe kiosks a try- you have nothing to lose!

  Machine made the wrong Key and we accidentally ordered the Keys twice. But, Customer Service "Andre" handled the situation Quickly and Refunded my money. I got New ones made. But, It's getting mailed to us since, it was out of stock. The only complaint I have it's a bit pricey. But, If, you need a key made in an emergency. This is it.
