  I just called and asked for a deadbolt installation. We had a very awkward inexplicable exchange -- he asked a couple questions, what was the door used for, my answer the business - he said he wanted to know if it was code - yes, it's a reg door to a shop. He said "never mind" to me and hung up the phone ???? This was a business to business call.
