  I called in a panic as I was locked out of my vehicle. The lady could barely speak or understand English. I was in a different county and she insisted I give her a zip code. I told her the location of the place I was at and explained I wasn't from there. After explaining over and over and freaking out, she put me on hold and a recording said there was no locksmiths in the area. However, I found one on my own that came right out.
