  I had 2 keys made. One worked fine the other had a burr and would catch in the lock. Filed it down and it works great.

  Much faster than using the key cutting service in Lowe's. Easy to use kiosk & prices haven't changed since I started using the service.

  Had a door key that I needed copying, Machine was installed at a local Lowes. Instructions and use of the machine were comprehensive and made it easy. Now keen about not being offered a printed receipt, but the key worked fine and did not take any significant time.
