  I purchased a key and it worked fine but was not as pictured. I mentioned this during my initial survey and KeyMe refunded me $8.41 immediately no questions asked. I will definitely do business with this company in the future when I need a key.

  I cant ever speak to the locksmith on duty. Does he have his Dept Of Criminal Justice credentials? Does he have a Virginia locksmith license? I would want to see these before letting them re-key my place. Who does the house lockouts? But sounds like they do good work.?.?

  It's a machine. It did what it was supposed to do. I was going to get a copy of my car key also but that was a bit pricey.
