I called these guys because I thought they were local. They charged $152 and told me I'd have to pay $25 if I canceled before they arrived. They texted me 15 minute later and canceled on me because they didn't have anyone available. I then called ASAP Mobile Locksmith. ASAP showed up in 10 minutes and had me unlocked immediately for only $50. In the meantime, KeyMe started texting me again to say they were looking for the best provide to help me. My problem was already solved and no thanks to KeyMe. KeyMe continued to text me with garbage about getting me taken care of. They never did. They did eventually refund my $152. I do not recommend KeyMe.

I locked my keys in my car, so I called this place. They were not helpful. The lady wanted me to pay over the phone, and when I told her my wallet was locked in my car, she was not very understanding about it and said I needed to find a way to pay. She also said it would take maybe an hour for someone to come to me, and the price she gave me I thought was way overpriced. I would 100% recommend Anointed Locksmiths over this place!

When I called they took all of my information and payment only to turn around and tell me they couldn't respond to unlock my car and my payment would be refunded in 3-5 business days. Why take a payment if you can't respond to a call.
