  The duplicated keys I received didn't work. But the customer service rep immediately responded with full refunds. Although the product didn't work, but I am happy with their service.

  I had to copy specialty key (ski/snowboard rack). Homedepot couldn't do it. This business scanned it, didn't have it in kiosk, told me they would mail the key and the key came in few days perfectly make. No issues, very happy to have extra keys. Price was super reasonable
