  keyme locksmiths are NOT centralized locally. my experience may b unique, but i was assigned a rude/impatient guy (adam) who even hung up on me, no follow ups -- NOT 2 mention, no show on a scheduled appt. (i didnt expect him 2 show up in the 1st place.) find a local lsmith with lots of reviews via yelp instead (n i did.)

  I was more impressed with their customer service and responsiveness than I was the keys. Unfortunately the new keys didn't work but they were super easy to get in touch with and processed a refund immediately. I'll definitely use them again...this is what great service looks like!
