While immediately responsive, wouldn't recommend. While granted, it was a Saturday afternoon and thus, expected to pay a higher price, we were completely ripped off. Also instead of replacing the lock with one lock, we now have to use one key to lock from the inside and another to lock or unlock from the outside??? Is this normal? It was a disappointing experience.

Update: they have yet to find a solution and still haven’t responded to me asking when I’m going to hear back. Due to them blowing me off. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I accidentally locked myself out of my condo. I got quoted over the phone no more than $200 for a door unlocking service. I had to keep calling to see where the service provider was after they told me he’d reach out. The man arrived and opened my door and charged me $264. I’ve been calling the company for over 2 hours trying to get this resolved and they keep saying they’ll get back to me and they haven’t. Avoid at all costs - they tell you a maximum price and overcharge you.

Keys and wallet locked, explained it to the guy on the phone and then asked if I can call someone else for a card number. Did not do anything to try and help me out, other than to “call someone else to get a number because my system..” Don’t call this business, call someone else.
