My car was running with keys locked inside. Horrible experience. I get a text 35 min later saying they would be here “SHORTLY” well 20 minutes later get a call and they say should have someone there in about 30 minutes (Mind you it has now been 57 min since I first called) She says she wasn’t aware my car was running 🙄plus they had the wrong address ( missing a number) Oh still haven’t received my email (hour later). $160 some dollars needless to say NO IM NOT VERY HAPPY. I just called them, they say he should be here in 10 minutes…..we’ll see😡

Experience was good, easy to use kiosk. Would of been nice if the display would have said something like "thank you" after the last key was made. But the display was completely blank.

Ended up losing a second key we got for our side door to our garage. Used this kiosk at Menards to get it done. It was straightforward to do. Instore you have maybe half of a dozen choices for color/design on the key, but that's fine. Key worked just as good as the one that came with the door lock. Definitely like dealing with a kiosk than with people.
