Honestly I am impressed! I thought replacing the key to my girlfriend's car was going to cost us quite a bit. The staff at Mattice were extremely informative,  helpful and had amazing customer service. I ended up getting two keys instead of one. The keys works amazingly.

Great service. Got the locks re-keyed in a couple of hours. 2 of them I didn't have a key for. They charged a fair rate. Still cheaper than buying all new locks.

Ben installed our new deadbolts and handles.  He was super knowledgeable and friendly. I lost my only set of motorcycle keys, so I took my ignition switch here and Joel was awesome and very friendly, and great customer service skills. He didn't treat me like I was a bother, and had a new key for my switch same day and it worked perfectly in the switch, gas tank and seat lock. I would definetly recommend this place.

Fast friendly professional service, Plus they said they'd fix the keys if they did not work! Both keys worked first try no problem.

My 1926 front door lock wasn't latching closed so I called and made an appointment. Repair person, Ben, was able to come out same day and not only was he able to fix my front door lock with a new locking mechanism, he was also able to repair my garage door lock (which I had tried to install myself and had issues.)

Both the person I spoke with on the phone for the appointment and Ben were nice and professional. Job was done in a timely manner. Now the keys for my front, back, and garage door all match! Couldn't be happier having everything secure.
