  Kiosk is located inside Bed Bath & Beyond near the registers and can only be accessed during the store's business hours; however, when I went on 12/7/21 the machine wasn't even plugged in. I asked a store associate about it and she said she wasn't sure why.

  Had a lock Smith show up and I instructed him where to remove the lock since I wasn’t available to be there in person. He waited for me to arrive which I couldn’t so they left and still charged me a cancellation which I didn’t cancel, they canceled on me since they were running late to another appointment.
