  This was a massive rip off. Called them because we had locked ourselves out of the house. It took them an hour to get here. Gave us a price of $280. The when he left to get a door handle he came back with a round knob instead of a handle like the one he took off. My husband went to Home Depot and got the correct handle.The job was supposed to take 10 minutes and ended up taking 3 hours and he still charged us the full $280 even though we bought our own door handle. So it ended up costing us $330 and taking 3 hours. What a RIP off!
