  Called for a service and the lady told me okay a technician will call you in a minute to meet you. Then 30min went by and she herself called back and said I have to call somewhere else out of nowhere and hung up on me. The customer service is atrocious, and anyone attempting to use there services should definitely go elsewhere and save the time and headache.
