  Amazingly friendly and capable. Came in for the first time to have my NES unlocked (long story). They were able to take the system and without tearing anything apart, craft 2 keys for the key switch. All done in 24 hours which blew my mind! Thank you so much and very acceptable price! highly recommended.

  I went out if my way to go to Allsafe. They had installed a lock for me some years ago. I started to change the batteries and a piece fell on the floor and I could not put it back in. So went to Allsafe to either have someone come and fix or buy a new one! My daughter brought me as I cannot do stairs. So we walked in and a very rude man came out of back room. He very rudely said they are no longer deal with homes needing locks. I wanted to do a quick look around but he made us so uncomfortable we left ! All for naught!!! I contacted Bob's Lock Shop and was scheduled by very nice lady for Bob to install a very nice new lock! Very nice company to do business!!

  I called them looking to have the barrel of a lock replaced on an antique door. They came out the same day I called, did their best to match the patina on the door with the barrel, and were very fairly priced. I could not be happier with the service the provided. I would definitely use them in the future.
